It is always our goal to provide excellent products based on a close understanding of our customers

Our Director of Design, Paul White, has been designing library furniture since 1996 and has overseen the introduction of our height adjustable counters in over one hundred and seventy five libraries throughout Australasia. Paul enjoys building strong customer relationships and says, “It’s incredibly rewarding to see our furniture in many libraries, contributing to a better work environment for library staff, as well as an improved experience for the customer.”

To help us understand your needs, we want to know about the vision for your library, including how staff work and how they interact.

Customisation

We love how customisation allows our clients to achieve something
 that’s uniquely theirs. In addition to size options and an array of stunning colours and finishes, some of our clients opt to add special design features to complement their library’s interior and philosophy. Just let us know what you have in mind and we will do our best to oblige.

Space Plans

On occasion our customers wish to see how our furniture will fit their space. We are happy to respond by preparing a detailed space plan demonstrating just how our furniture will optimally deploy. See examples of space plans (where applicable) on our product pages.

Manufacture

All our products are manufactured in New Zealand by our skilled team using the best of both local and imported components. Our ISO 14001 and 9001 Business Systems provide a clear perspective for continual improvement in the way our furniture comes together in a safe and healthy environment.

Delivery

Our counters are made to order which gives our customers the advantage of choosing their own colours and finishes. From the date of your order please allow 7-8 weeks for manufacture and delivery. Our workstations are shipped fully assembled direct to your site. Alternatively, in the main centres we can arrange shipments to be received by our installers. This is the ‘no fuss’ option and they will de-crate, check the goods and arrange
a suitable time to deliver and install at your site…easy!

Warranty

All our products carry a 3 year materials and workmanship warranty.
Our height adjustable equipment carries the LINAK 5 year warranty.
